Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Nooli creates and sells original artwork, commissioned artwork, painting kits and Sip & Paint experiences.
All sales and bookings are considered final and non-refundable for change-of-mind purchases, subject to the rights and protections afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and other applicable South African law.
Original Artwork & Products
Because our original artwork is individually created and each piece is unique, we do not accept returns or provide refunds simply because a customer has changed their mind, no longer wants the item, or finds that it does not suit their personal preference.
This does not affect any rights a consumer may have under the CPA in respect of defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-compliant goods.
If you believe that an item you received is defective or does not comply with your order, please contact Nooli as soon as reasonably possible with details of the issue and photographs where applicable. We will assess the matter and provide the appropriate remedy where required by law.
Commissioned Artwork
Commissioned artwork is created specifically according to the requirements agreed with the customer.
Once work has commenced, commissioned orders cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind, and payments are non-refundable, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the CPA or other applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate requirements, reference images, colour preferences and other specifications before the commission is started.
Sip & Paint Bookings
Sip & Paint bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
Bookings are non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations or failure to attend an event, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Where reasonably possible, Nooli may, at its discretion, allow a booking to be transferred to another person or moved to another available event. Any such transfer or rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged with Nooli in advance.
If Nooli cancels an event or is unable to provide the booked service, customers will be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling or a refund, as applicable.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable South African legislation.
By completing a purchase or booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms, subject always to your statutory consumer rights.
